REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Lumora, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@shoplumoraskincare.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shoplumoraskincare.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@shoplumoraskincare.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
