Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to the United States only.

United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lumora is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over for fulfillment.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment network. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time through the carrier's tracking portal or directly via the link provided in your email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number for the latest updates. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@shoplumoraskincare.com and we will investigate promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoplumoraskincare.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
